Meet Erika Harrigan
Founder, Coach and Trainer
Erika Harrigan is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Professional Development Trainer with more than 25 years of experience helping professionals transition to new careers, advance within their chosen fields, manage workplace challenges, and maximize their professional potential. She is certified to administer and interpret several career and leadership assessments (Hogan HPI, HDS, MVPI and Hogan360, MBTI, CareerLeader, SDS), and she is skilled at helping people identify, promote, and leverage their unique talents and skills while navigating workplace and professional development challenges. Her special interests include helping introverted leaders leverage and promote their quiet strengths. As a first-generation American with a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages) certification in-hand, Erika also aids international professionals with English for the U.S. Job Search and English for the U.S. Workplace.
In addition to multiple career, leadership, and executive coaching certifications, Erika holds a Master of Science in Higher Education from Drexel University, a Master of Professional Studies in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, and a certificate in Adult Career Planning and Development from NYU.
